Your project is not over once the installation is completed. Our after sales support is included as standard with every project to ensure you and your new equipment perform at the highest level possible.
Upon completion of your project's fit out, our commissioning team takes over to train you and your kitchen staff on how to get the most out of your new equipment through hands on practical demonstrations and training sessions. We also train your maintenance team on how to clean and care for your new equipment to keep it working at its very best. We provide maintenance and support to keep everything running smoothly. Our dedicated team of engineers are strategically placed around the country guaranteeing quick response times. All engineers are trained on multiple manufacturer’s equipment, carrying a comprehensive range of spare parts in their vans ensuring industry leading first time fix rates for your business.
