Once installation is complete, our in house commissioning team stay with you to train your kitchen staff on how to get the most out of your new equipment through practical demonstrations. We also train your maintenance team on how to clean and care for your new equipment to ensure everything performs at its absolute best, delivering immediate results.

Our inhouse engineering teams are trained directly by equipment manufacturers to provide you with the highest level of support possible. Our canopies can also be programmed to switch on and off automatically, further reducing the ongoing impact of air treatment.
