Once a contract is agreed Corcoran Food Equipment’s project management services take over.
A Project Manager is appointed who then takes responsibility for every relevant aspect of the catering and refrigeration installation from start to finish.
Our Project managers provide unmatched experience and ensure that the job is taken care of from beginning to end. We ensure the proper coordination between architects, general contractors, engineers, plumbers, electricians and other related subcontractors takes place in a highly organised fashion.
On order of equipment, we will issue a services drawing itemising each service requirement and then deliver the equipment to site within the date required. We would place in position, test and commission by fully qualified engineers. Also where applicable we will pass manuals to the customer or organise training and demonstrations to ensure your staff and are familiar with each appliance.
